Voucher program supporting Woodside's July 1, 2026 gas-powered leaf blower ban, administered by the nonprofit Acterra. Covers electric leaf blowers and other electric gardening tools; applicants apply through Acterra and provide proof of eligibility (residency, business license, or parcel size). A free Electric Leaf Blower Kit option became available starting May 2026. Funds are allocated first-come, first-served.
