Harrison's Chapter 177 (Noise), originally adopted by the Town Board 1923-02-17 and rewritten in entirety by L.L. 7-2000 (adopted 2000-09-20), caps lawn mowers, leaf blowers, outdoor vacuum cleaners, wood chippers, chain saws and snowblowers at 85 dB(A) and prohibits operation 8 p.m.–8 a.m. weekdays or 8 p.m.–10 a.m. weekends and national/state holidays.
