Local Law 3-2026 (adopted Mar 24 2026, unanimous 7-0; Resolution 56-2026) added a May 15 2026 deadline for prohibiting routine-operations use, narrowing exceptions to emergency utility / municipal / school operations and golf-course operations beyond 100 ft from the nearest residence. Penalty schedule: $50 first / $250 second / $500 subsequent in any 12-month period.
